Cancelation Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 60% of the service.

Cancellations after midnight the day of your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service.

Safe Space

Paper Salon is proud to be a safe and inclusive space for everyone. We are Trans and Non-Binary affirming salon. Any hate or bad vibes will not be tolerated.

Quiet Enjoyment

Everyone deserves a space for peace and relaxation. Please be respectful of others and keep your chatting to a low volume. If you must be on your phone, please keep it on silent and use headphones.

Color & Cut Revision

If you are not satisfied with your color or cut you can request a revision within 5 days after your service.

mask policy

Beginning April 1st 2023 masks will be optional.

Please inform your stylist if you are sick and we will provide a mask for you or if you request us to wear a mask during your service. We don’t get PTO, so we appreciate you keeping us safe.
